Minimum Group Size:A minimum of 10 participants is required to book any event package.
Reservation: All event bookings must be made 72 hours in advance.
Payment: A 50% deposit and signed contract are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. Payment will be processed online using the card on file. If you wish to use a different payment method for the remaining balance, please notify us in advance.
Service Charge: All event package bookings are subject to GST and a 20% service charge. Arcade packages are subject to GST and a 16% service charge.
Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time and will join at the scheduled start.
Final Guest Count & Food Confirmation: Participants are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines. Non-compliance may result in removal from the experience without a refund.
Cancellation, Changes and Rescheduling: Cancellations and changes to number of expected guests made at least 72 hours prior to the event may receive a full refund. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
No-Show Policy: If the client fails to attend the event without providing notice at least 72 hours prior to the start time, the venue reserves the right to charge the full amount of the confirmed reservation or the minimum package value. The deposit will be retained.
Liability: By participating in the activities, guests acknowledge any inherent risks and agree to release the organizers from any liability.
Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food or drinks are not permitted. All food and beverages must be purchased through the venue. Exceptions may be made for special dietary needs or celebratory cakes, with prior approval.
Photography: We may capture images and videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in our materials.
Modifications: We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of participants to review them prior to attending.
